How do I know if my order has shipped yet?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the USPS tracking information. Double check the email you received when placing your order, and login with that email address.

I haven't received my confirmation or a response from customer support

We reply to all emails that come across our desk. Responses may take up to 48 hours after submission. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am - 4 pm EST. If it has been more than a day or 2 and you haven't received your confirmation or an email response, please check your spam or junk email folder.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not shipped, we will be happy to update your address. Please email info@BuiltUSA.com as soon as possible with your updated address. Please note, once the order has shipped we cannot change your address.

My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order…

Built USA ships, via the United States Postal Service, to the address provided by the customer at check out. Contact your local Post Office or USPS carrier to determine when and where your package was delivered. Built USA is not responsible for orders lost in the mail or mishandled during shipping.

I picked the wrong size/color or item on the order I just submitted.

Please send an email to info@BuiltUSA.com with your order number as the Subject Line and the items, size or color needed.

Where do I find my entries?

Your entries are located inside your Account. If you do not have an account, you can create one from our home page. Please ensure you’re creating an account with the same email used to place your order.

I placed an order, how do I know if I'm entered?

Once you complete checkout our system will AUTOMATICALLY RECORD your entries!

I am unable to login to my account, can you help?
  1. Ensure you’re using the same email you used when placing an order (look at your email receipt to confirm this).
  2. Just because you ordered something, doesn’t mean you created an account. Try to login with the same email used to place your order.
  3. Still no luck? Email info@BuiltUSA.com. We are happy to help!
SMS and Email marketing
  1. When customers sign up to receive SMS from Built USA they will be receiving special offers and new product releases.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service / opt out at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  3. If you want to join again, visit BuiltUSA.com and sign up, we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you do not receive an SMS response within 5 minutes after texting “STOP”. Please email info@BuiltUSA.com with your First and Last name and the number that is receiving SMS marketing messages.
  4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at info@builtusa.com.
FAKE Social Media Accounts

We have been trying diligently to report accounts posing as Built USA. Our handle on Instagram is “BuiltUSA” & Facebook is “BuiltUSA”. We will never request your bank information via DM on social media. Please do not send your banking information, and block and report any account posing as BuiltUSA.com.
