PAYMENT POLICIES: Builtusa.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. By purchasing any products, the customer agrees to accept and pay in full the amount of the Grand Total generated from their product selection. All products are made custom for you based on your order. Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted. Please note that during our giveaway period we must adhere to special rules for returns/refunds since the amount you paid is directly related to your entries to the giveaway. Because of this we simply cannot accept returns/refunds.
All claims for missing items need to be claimed within seven (7) days once your order is delivered.
Fraudulent use of credit cards will not be tolerated and will be actively prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Builtusa.com accepts online payment via credit card, debit card or PayPal. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted.
SHIPMENT/DELIVERY TIMES: Builtusa.com merchandise orders are generally fulfilled within 2-3 business days and delivered within 21 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays. Customers who are concerned about delivery times should contact a Customer Service Representative by email info@BuiltUSA.com. Customers that cancel their payment due to concern over shipping times will be responsible for payment of merchandise in full, upon delivery. Failure to pay for merchandise received will be considered fraudulent activity and will be actively prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a Built USA, LLC membership or subscription. Email info@BuiltUSA.com from the email address associated with your subscription or membership. Include your full name and contact phone number along with your request to cancel. Please note memberships and subscriptions cannot be refunded after being billed or fulfilled. Make sure to contact us about your cancellation before the 28th of any given month to insure you are not billed for the next billing cycle.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY POLICY: Any revisions or refunds to orders containing digital entries must be made prior to the close of the promotional period listed in the relevant Terms and Conditions. If you purchase digital products from Built USA, LLC you are beholden to the dates listed in the relevant Terms and Conditions. We cannot and will not make adjustments after the close of the promotional period. Note: If Sponsor issues a refund to a Participant or if the Participant initiates a credit card dispute or charge-back, the corresponding number of entries associated with the refund, dispute, or chargeback will be revoked. Any credit card disputes or charge backs filed after the Promotion Period has ended are a direct violation of the relevant Terms and Conditions and will be considered sweepstakes fraud and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
LIMIT OF BUILTUSA.COM RESPONSIBILITY: In no event will Builtusa.com be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Builtusa.com, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
