Returns and Exchanges
PAYMENT POLICIES: By purchasing any products, the customer agrees to accept and pay in full the amount of the Grand Total generated from their product selection. Once the product has been shipped and/or received, the buyer cannot cancel payment. If the buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase, they may return the product(s) to us for a refund. A refund will only be issued if the product(s) are in NEW condition and received within Fourteen (14) days of product receipt. You can return your items within Fourteen (14) days after receiving your merchandise for a full refund excluding the SHIPPING COST. Items must be unworn and still have packaging intact. *We will not process refunds for items without packaging intact. Our address to return merchandise is: 35246 US Hwy 19 N, Unit 175, Palm Harbor FL 34684. A shipping and handling fee will be charged to customers for exchanges. Customers are required to pay shipping on return orders (NO RETURN SHIPPING LABELS PROVIDED) Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error. Shipping and handling charges for orders that are returned to BuiltUSA for an invalid, incomplete or incorrect mailing address, are non-refundable. All claims for missing items need to be claimed within seven (7) days once your item is delivered. Fraudulent use of credit cards will not be tolerated and will be actively prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Builtusa.com accepts online or telephone payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or mailed check. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted.
SHIPMENT/DELIVERY TIMES: Builtusa.com merchandise orders are generally delivered within 21 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays. Customers who are concerned about delivery times should contact a Service/Sales Representative at 727-781-0066, or email info@BuiltUSA.com. Customers that cancel their payment due to concern over shipping times will be responsible for payment of merchandise in full, upon delivery. Failure to pay for merchandise received will be considered fraudulent activity and will be actively prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
RETURNS POLICY: Builtusa.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Builtusa.com accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Builtusa.com merchandise. Upon receipt of returned goods, BuiltUSA.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. (*see merchandise returns procedure in Payment Policies **This return policy does not apply to Neck Gaiters.) Due to health risks all sales are final. Any returned Neck Gaiters will be immediately discarded and no refund given.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel a Built USA, LLC membership or subscription. Email info@BuiltUSA.com from the email address associated with your subscription or membership. Include your full name and contact phone number along with your request to cancel. Please note memberships and subscriptions cannot be refunded after being billed or fulfilled. Make sure to contact us about your cancellation before the 4th of any given month to insure you are not billed for the current billing cycle.
LIMIT OF BUILTUSA.COM RESPONSIBILITY: In no event will Builtusa.com be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Builtusa.com, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
